Health and Wellness Science uses the principles of behavior analysis to identify and decrease behaviors that are interfering with health and wellness and increase adaptive self-care behaviors, which promote health and well-being. This approach involves a multistep process that will identify barriers to self-care, as well as skills that will promote self-care. It will also teach methods to develop an effective plan to target self-care behaviors and capture and evaluate progress of those behaviors. The use of self-care science techniques will place you in the driver seat of your self-care and overall well-being.
Behavioral Yoga teaches a methodology using behavior analysis technologies to improve one’s postural practice with an emphasis on alignment and injury prevention. With a focus on behavioral skills training, precision teaching, and decision-making data evaluation, yogis will learn how to infuse scientifically validated behavioral techniques into their postural practice that will enable them to obtain optimal results from their practice.
Behavioral Meditation is a wellness method that teaches employees meditation and mindfulness techniques, which takes a data-driven approach to increase meditative and mindfulness behaviors. This program offers group training.
